BOKO HARAM KIDNAPS BORNO PASTOR AND FAMILY
A Pastor identified as Moses Guguma, and his wife, including the three children, have been kidnapped by gunmen suspected to be Boko Haram / ISWAP in Damasak, Mobbar LGA, Borno State.
The abduction of Pastor Moses who is in charge of COCIN reportedly happened around 12 noon on Saturday near Kareto village along Maiduguri-Damasak road.
According to the source, the family were said to be traveling to Damasak when insurgents stopped their commercial vehicle, forced only the pastor’s family to alight, and disappeared into the bush.
However, the pastor’s wife, who was just discharged from a hospital in Maiduguri, and her children remain missing. No official statement from security agencies yet.
Family sources say they are in prayers for their safe return.
