No fewer than five persons were reportedly killed in Ilesa, Osun State as forest guard officer as a forest guard officer allegedly discharged his firearm accidentally during a burial ceremony on Saturday.
According to reports, the victims were quickly taken to Wesley Hospital.
Authorities are yet to comment officially on the incident.
