BENUE SSG RESIGNS
The Secretary to the Benue State Government, Prof. Joseph Alakali has resigned his position.
This was disclosed on Tuesday by Tersoo Kula, Chief Press Secretary to Governor, Hyacinth Alia of Benue State.
According to him, the Benue SSG submitted his letter of resignation on Monday, stating that he needed time to address personal challenges.
“In accepting the resignation, Gov. Alia expressed gratitude to Prof. Alakali for serving the state under his administration for a year and three months.
“He wishes him well and prays that the Almighty grants the former SSG the strength to tackle the many challenges he has chosen to address”, the statement added.
