MINNA MINING SAGA: NIGER MINERS ASSOCIATION APPRECIATES NAMI FOR VISIT AND DONATIONS

The Niger State Chapter of the Miners Association of Nigeria (MAN) has expressed profound gratitude to the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) gubernatorial candidate, Mohammed Nami, for his condolence visit to the families and victims of the recent Niger State mining tragedy.
The Chairman of MAN in Niger State, Alhaji Abdulrazak Yusuf Mohammed, in his appreciation message, described Nami’s visit as a show of humanity, empathy, and commitment that can only be found in a great leader.
He praised the Niger State PDP governorship candidate for his generous donations to the affected families, noting that they would go a long way in providing immense benefit to them.
“Your Excellency, your condolence visit to our Secretariat over the recent tragic incident that claimed lives of miners was not just a visit, it was a healing balm. In a time when our community was thrown into mourning and despair, you stood with us as a true father and leader.
We are particularly moved and highly appreciative of your generous and historic support.” Abdulrazak declared.

It can be recalled that during his visit to the office of the Miners Association of Nigeria in Minna, Mohammed Nami supported each of the bereaved families with a motorcycle, and provided ₦500,000 to each miner currently receiving treatment in the hospital.
Meanwhile, a total sum of ₦2 million was donated to the Miners Association of Nigeria, Niger State Chapter.
