GEMADE DONATES OFFICE FACILITY, BOOSTS TINUNU 2027 GRASSROOTS CAMPAIGN Campaign
The grassroots mobilisation for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s 2027 re-election bid has received a major boost following the donation of a fully equipped office facility to PBAT @ Grassroots Connect by its National Coordinator, Hon. Vandefan Gemade.
The facility, located at BAVIS House, 19 Gwani Street, Wuse Zone 4, Abuja, is expected to serve as the organisation’s national coordination centre as it moves to deepen its grassroots structure and mobilisation ahead of the 2027 presidential election.
The development comes as the group prepares for its national inauguration and intensifies efforts to build a nationwide political network capable of reaching voters at the community level.
Hon.Vandefan Gemade, son of former PDP National Chairman and APC chieftain, Senator Barnabas Gemade, has emerged as one of the key figures driving the group’s mobilisation agenda. Despite previously contesting the APC primary for the House of Representatives without securing the ticket, he has remained active in grassroots political organisation.
As National Coordinator, Gemade said the group remains committed to mobilising support for the Tinubu-Shettima administration and strengthening political participation across communities.
The organisation’s Board of Trustees is chaired by Chief Tajudeen Salako, while its women’s wing is led by Mrs Wandoo Evelyn Tseayo, who is spearheading efforts to build stronger networks among women and other community stakeholders.
The group said its mobilisation strategy would focus particularly on young and newly registered voters, expanding political engagement, encouraging voter participation and creating stronger links between communities and the political movement.
The donation of the office, members said, represents more than the provision of workspace, describing it as a strategic investment in the organisational capacity required to coordinate the group’s activities as the 2027 election approaches.
PBAT @ Grassroots Connect said it intends to establish a broad-based structure across the country and contribute significantly to the grassroots mobilisation for the Tinubu-Shettima ticket in 2027.
