EDATI OPENS ITS DOORS TO KPAUTAGI AS TRADITIONAL, POLITICAL AND RELIGIOUS LEADERS RALLY SUPPORT

Honourable Adamu Suleiman Kpautagi, APC flag bearer for Lavun, Mokwa and Edati Federal Constituency, has continued his stakeholder engagement tour with a series of strategic visits across Edati Local Government Area, receiving royal blessings, prayers and words of wisdom from traditional and religious leaders, alongside renewed support from the APC family.

The delegation began the engagements with a courtesy visit to the palace of the Bima of Edati, Mal. Yusuf Muhammad Edati, where Kpautagi paid his respects, presented his aspirations and sought the royal blessings and fatherly guidance of the traditional institution. The monarch prayed for his success and reminded him that leadership is ultimately ordained by Almighty Allah, urging him to remain focused, disciplined and committed to a peaceful political journey.
Mal. Yusuf Muhammad further advised Kpautagi to remain faithful to his promises and commitments to the people, stressing that any future mandate must be anchored on humility, accessibility and service. He cautioned him against rumours, provocations and unnecessary conflicts, encouraging him to pursue his aspiration with patience, maturity and a spirit of unity.

The campaign delegation also visited the Chairman of Edati Local Government Council, Honourable Conel Usman Adamu Ndana, where it expressed appreciation to the people of Edati for their support. The council chairman prayed for Kpautagi’s success in 2027, Insha Allah, and encouraged him to extend a hand of fellowship to other aspirants who contested the primary election with him in order to strengthen peace, unity and collective progress.
At the APC Local Government Party Office, the delegation was warmly received by the party chairman, Honourable Ndagana Ladan, alongside party leaders and faithful. The Director-General of the campaign, Honourable Abbas Sani, described the visit as an appreciation and thank-you engagement to the APC family for its role in Kpautagi’s emergence as the party’s flag bearer, while calling for continued unity and massive support for his candidacy.
Kpautagi rounded off the day’s engagements with a courtesy visit to the Chief Imam of Edati, Mal. Adamu Abubakar, where he sought spiritual guidance and prayers for a peaceful and successful electoral journey. The Chief Imam prayed for divine wisdom, protection and success, while the series of engagements underscored Kpautagi’s commitment to grassroots consultation, respect for traditional and religious institutions, peaceful politics and inclusive representation.
