2027 ELECTIONS: NAMI PREDICTS END OF BAGO ADMINISTRATION

MOHAMMED MAMMAN NAMI
PDP GOVERNORSHIP CANDIDATE, NIGER STATE

The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) governorship candidate for Niger State, Alhaji Mohammed Mamman Nami, has assured “Nigerlites” that the Governor Mohammed Umaru Bago administration will soon come to an end.

Nami alleged that the current administration has been misappropriating state funds to acquire multi-billion naira properties in places like Dubai, Brazil, and Lagos.

Nami made this declaration in a statement on Wednesday during an engagement with PDP leaders and stakeholders at the party’s secretariat in Minna, the Niger State capital.

The PDP gubernatorial candidate described the Bago-led administration as a disaster that must be voted out as quickly as possible. He cited the unfortunate deaths of innocent citizens within the state due to poor policy implementation and the gross mismanagement of state resources by the current government.

He further vowed that if elected in the 2027 governorship election, his administration would recover all public funds and assets allegedly looted by the Bago administration to buy properties both within Nigeria and internationally, specifically mentioning real estate holdings in Dubai, Brazil, and Lagos.

Nami reassured the people of Niger State that his administration would attract diverse local and international investors to revive and transform the economic fortunes of the state.

Additionally, the PDP candidate promised the prompt payment of pensions, gratuities, and death benefits, which he claimed the Bago administration had denied Nigerlites for the past three years.

Concluding his address, Nami appealed to his supporters to remain peaceful and avoid inciting violence within the state. Instead, he urged them to use their Permanent Voters Cards (PVCs) at the polls to democratically unseat an administration that he claims has plunged the state into deep hardship.
