TERRORISTS ARE CLOSER TO THE GOVERNMENT HOUSES:– Former Ekiti Governor
Terrorists are gradually getting closer to some of the Government Houses in Nigeria.
These remarks were made on Friday by the former Governor of Ekiti State, Kayode Fayemi, during an interview on the current surge of insecurity bedeviling the country., a podcast hosted by Edmund Obilo.
According to him, the Terrorists are approaching the Government Houses and Jihadists are already at our borders.
He said “We must be interested in how to salvage the situation because of our own national interest. The Jihadists are in Benin Republic, Togo and Burkina Faso.
“They are not far from us. That’s why we need to re-strategise and ensure that our foreign relations is more robust,” Fayemi said.
