ADC ASPIRANT PLEDGES A DEVELOPED BIDA , GBAKO AND KATCHA FEDERAL CONSTITUENCY

The African Democratic Congress (ADC) House of Representatives aspirant for Bida, Gbako and Katcha Federal Constituency, Barrister David Ndako Yisa Gbadafu, has pledged to deliver people-oriented representation aimed at transforming the developmental fortunes of the constituency if elected in the 2027 general elections.

Barrister David Ndako made the pledge while speaking with journalists recently in Gbako Local Government Area of Niger State.

The legal practitioner said Bida, Gbako and Katcha Federal Constituency is richly blessed with human, natural and agricultural resources which, if properly harnessed, could drive massive economic growth and development across the area.

He described his ambition as one driven by conviction and commitment to utilise legislative instruments to unlock the constituency’s vast potential and reposition it for sustainable progress and prosperity.

According to him, the constituency deserves purposeful leadership that prioritises development and empowerment rather than exploiting poverty for political relevance.

Barrister David Ndako stressed that the people need a representative with the capacity and understanding to effectively use legislative tools to attract meaningful growth and development to the constituency.

He identified legislative advocacy, attraction of federal projects, and empowerment programmes for youths, women, farmers and small-scale traders as key priorities of his proposed representation.

The ADC House of Representatives aspirant also underscored the need to support farmers with modern farming tools, improved access to markets and policies that would guarantee food security, noting that economic growth becomes inevitable when farmers are empowered to succeed.

He said: “If entrusted with your mandate, my focus will be on clear and practical priorities that will directly improve the lives of our people.

“We will pursue industrialisation that moves our people from daily struggle to sustainable income by supporting local businesses, encouraging entrepreneurship and attracting investments that will create jobs within our constituency.

“My goal is simple — to ensure our people earn with dignity and grow with confidence.”
