NSIRS PARTNERS POLICE ON JOINT ENFORCEMENT TO ADDRESS REVENUE LEAKAGES/ILLEGAL ROADBLOCKS FOR TAXES/LEVIES

The Commissioner of Police, Niger State Command CP Adamu Abdullahi Elleman, mnips received the Chairman, Niger State Internal Revenue Service (NSIRS), Alh. Muhammad Etsu and his entourage on a courtesy visit at the State Police Command Headquarters Dutsen-Kura Minna today 28th April, 2026

The visit focused on areas of collaboration and inter-agency synergy aimed at curbing leakages in revenue collection and to facilitate joint enforcement on the ban of illegal roadblocks used in collecting taxes/levies.

The meeting also provided an avenue for the agencies to reinforce shared commitment to further expand the IGR capacity and generate more revenue for further development of the State in line with New Niger vision.

The Commissioner of Police assured the Chairman of adequate support and collaboration towards achieving their statutory responsibilities for the State.
