NIGER WATER RESOURCES MINISTRY FELICITATES COMMISSIONER FAROUK UMAR AUDI AT 52
The Management and entire staff of the Niger State Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation Services warmly felicitate with the Honourable Commissioner, Engr. Farouk Umar Audi, on the occasion of his 52nd birthday anniversary.
